How do I edit, skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
Open any of your Firebean subscription emails and click the link to manage your subscription.
From the subscription portal, you can easily:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause or resume your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Adjust the frequency
- Change the roast/grind
There are no minimum orders or long-term commitments. If you ever need help, just email us at sales@firebeancoffee.ca
How often should I schedule my deliveries?
Choose the option that best matches how much coffee your household drinks:
- Every 45 days: 1–2 cups per day
- Every 22 days: 3–4 cups per day
- Every 15 days: 5–6 cups per day
- Every 10 days: 7–9 cups per day
- Every 7 days: 10–14 cups per day
These are estimates, so choose the schedule closest to your usual coffee consumption.
Is shipping always free?
Yes. Every 4 lb subscription order qualifies for free shipping anywhere in Canada.
Can I change an order after it has been processed?
No. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be edited, skipped or cancelled.
However, you can still update all future orders through your subscription portal, including the date, frequency, roast, grind, shipping address, or subscription status.

Can I change my roast or subscribe to more than one?
Yes. You can switch to another available roast, change between whole bean and ground, or create separate subscriptions for multiple 4 lb roasts. Each subscription can have its own delivery schedule.
