Returns
Because coffee is a consumable product, all coffee sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened coffee, change of mind, taste preference, or accidental orders.
That said, if something is clearly wrong with your order, we’ll make it right. This includes damaged items, defective product, incorrect items, missing items, or other clear fulfillment issues.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@firebean.ca and we’ll review the issue.
