Shipping

Firebean ships from Whitehorse, Yukon.

We currently ship across Canada using Canada Post or UPS. At this time, we do not ship to the United States or overseas, but we plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Orders over $80 CAD qualify for free ground shipping. Orders under $80 CAD ship for a flat rate of $20 CAD.

Free shipping applies to both one-time orders and Subscribe & Save orders that meet the $80 CAD threshold.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Returns

Because coffee is a consumable product, all coffee sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened coffee, change of mind, taste preference, or accidental orders.

That said, if something is clearly wrong with your order, we'll make it right. This includes damaged items, defective product, incorrect items, missing items, or other clear fulfillment issues.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@firebean.ca and we'll review the issue.
