NO...We don't smoke the beans - so it's not smoky. Expect a cup with uncommon depth and richness.

Where is your coffee from? How fresh is it?

Our coffee is coming from producers out of Mexico, Brazil and Colombia, with fair and equitable relationships and reputable suppliers. We source 100% Arabica.

We roast weekly in small batches and ship within 1-3 business days to ensure peak freshness.

Not one was disappointing. The shipping was fast, I had a question and the reply was fast. Fire Roasted coffee is so GOOD. I tried each one with no enhancements then I only added a little bit cold foam to top off the experience. I recommend getting all 7 to try to choose your brew.

Very flavourful, even the decaf

I've only tried two of the varieties so far, but they're both excellent (Kindling and Stoke). Complex flavours and no bitterness. The decaf is especially impressive - usually the best you can hope for in a decaf is that it won't be terrible. Decaf that's actually enjoyable is so rare.
