Shipping and Returns

We ship across Canada and the US, with the exception of Hawaii. All of our products are FDA approved.

If you’re from another country, follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates.

You may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). 

If you wish to do so, please email us at sales@firebean.ca. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund.

If your bag is defective, email us at sales@firebean.ca with a photo. We’ll send you a new bag of the same roast as fast as we can.

We only offer pick up in Whitehorse at the following locations:

You can select pick-up at check-out.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are straightforward. Your chosen products are automatically delivered based on your selected interval. For example, with a monthly subscription, your card is charged monthly, and your favourites arrive at your door.

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime your subscription account. However, if your subscription requires a set number of payments before cancellation, it can't be cancelled.

Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip payment" button for easy control. Want to change the date? Simply hit "Reschedule" next to the delivery date.

You can customize your subscription in the customer portal. Click "Edit" on the products card to add, remove, or adjust your selection.

Orders

We allow 24 hours to make changes to your orders. 

Email us at sales@firebean.ca with order number found in your Order Confirmation email included in the following subject line: 

ORDER REVISION: [Order #]

In the body of the email, include the following relevant details:

Add: [Product Name - Size - Grind Type]

Remove: [Product Name - Size - Grind Type]

Replace: [Product Name - Size - Grind Type] with [Product Name - Size - Grind Type]

When we create a shipping label for your order, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Expect your order to ship within 5-8 days.

If you provide an email address during checkout, we'll send the tracking number to that email as soon as your order is on its way. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case it ends up there.

If you didn't provide an email address with your order, please contact us at sales@firebean.ca to get your tracking information.

We offer a 5% discount when you purchase a 5lb bag. 

We also offer 10% off when you subscribe with us. 

Both of these discounts will be applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies for the discount.
