I'm updating my review to reflect my full experience. I was initially happy with the idea of supporting a small Canadian business, and although my order did have a few hiccups, I appreciated the owner's efforts to make things right. I placed my order on June 11th for my husband's Fathers' Day gift, and was offered a free sample in exchange for completing a survey, which I did. When the order arrived without the sample, I tried to get in touch. The owner finally reached out to me on July 4th, after I left a review, to apologize for the oversight and promised to mail the sample. Unfortunately, it's now August 10th and it still hasn't arrived. The coffee itself was also a bit too dark and bitter for my husband's preference.
